Fishing lures have been a big part of my life, both on the water and through Moe’s Tackle Unlimited. I’ve spent years fishing for stripers, selling tackle, and talking with anglers about what works. Deadsticking and the Original DeadHead Jighead

Deadsticking will have a special place here. My original DeadHead Jighead paired with a soft plastic fluke became a favorite among my customers, and I sold those jigheads to anglers across the country. We’ll cover how I fished that combination, choosing jighead weights, rigging soft plastics, and recognizing those subtle bites. I’ll also share the story behind the DeadHead and what made this style of striper fishing such a big part of my tackle business.
